Virat interrogates hospital staff regarding Malhar's murder. The nurse claims that Sai is responsible for Malhar's death because she gave her a painkiller overdose. Virat wants to know if Virat saw Sai inject Malhar with painkiller overdose. Nurse recalls Dr. Thrurat giving Malhar painkiller overdose in exchange for money. She also threatened everyone not to tell anyone that he had given Malhar injections. She denies it. Virat asks other staff members if they lied that Sai was injecting Malhar or misbehaving with them. Thurat's professor disputes Thurat's claim that he had problems with Sai from the beginning and was a troublemaker for her before Dr. Pulkit. Thurat refutes the allegations, claiming that his staff proved Sai overdosed Malhar. However, Virat is trying save his wife by wrongly alleging him. Professor Virat says that all staff are speaking against Sai and they should investigate further.
Sai, who is emotional and cries before her Aaba's picture, says that she did her duty faithfully and never imagined that her patient would be killed and that she will be held responsible. Rajiv and Shivani walk in and comfort Sai. Rajiv gives him his property papers to cover Malhar's compensation. She then gives her jewelry valued at 30-35 lakhs. Samrat comes in next, and gives her a retirement plan. Sai emotionally embraces him. Devi takes her piggy bank to Devi and gives it to Sai. She then asks Jagtap to throw it at Jagtap. Sai emotional says that she doesn't have any money but her love for them is her wealth. She can't take their wealth though. Devi claims that money is kept for difficult times. Does she not consider them her family? She emotionally embraces them all.
Virat asks a senior citizen patient about Sai's protection against Malhar. The patient says that Sai is like an angel disguised who is kind-hearted. Thurat notices this and asks nurse to ensure that there is no further interrogation about Malhar's case. As a senior, the nurse says he can give a statement that Malhar didn't drink alcohol. Thurat warns her not to tell him what she should do, or he'll make her lose her job.
Bhavani and Omkar call their lawyer and ask him to ensure that Sai does not get any rights on Chavan property. Jagtap's goons shut down water, power and telephone network supply to the house. The news made the Chavans nervous. Goon shows Jagtap's video warning Chavans that they must get married to Sai if the want peace.

Nurse recalls Dr. Thrurat giving pain killer overdose to Malhar in exchange of money and threatening everyone not to inform anyone that he gave injection to Malhar. She says no. Virat questions other staff who lie that they saw Sai injecting Malhar and even misbehaving with him. Sai’s professor argues with Thurat that he had problem with Sai since the beginning troubled her in front of Dr. Pulkit. Thurat denies allegations and says his staff proved that Sai gave overdose to Malhar, but Virat is trying to save his wife and wrongly alleging him, etc. Virat tells professor that whole staff is speaking against Sai, they need to investigate more.
